1. What is Woodpost?
Woodpost is the first service to let you print photos on wood beautifully and easily, then get it shipped to your house from anywhere in the world.

2. What makes Woodpost special?
When we set out to make Woodpost, we wanted to share with everyone that special feeling of holding your photos in your hand, in the form of a unique, imperfect, and beautiful wooden products. Your photos  no longer stuck in digital form, but are printed on wood and sent to anyone you loved, and you can do that with just a few taps on your phone or tablets.

3. How do I create a Woodpost?
It’s super simple: just pick a product, choose a design, upload your photos, and order! You don’t have to go through any lengthy set-up, just a beautiful, special Woodpost awaits you everytime.

4. What can I do with Woodpost?
Woodpost products are perfect as home decorations or gifts for loved ones. The posters can be hang on the walls, or lean against any corners.
The postcard can sit atop a desk thanks to the included wooden dock, or stick to the fridge door with the back magnets, with your own message printed in the back.
Meanwhile, the trays & coasters add personality to your coffee table with their fun & beautiful designs, while comfortably support both cold & hot drinks.

5. What about shipping?
We ship to over 200 countries in the world. Standard Shipping takes around 14-25 days while Express Shipping via FedEx takes only 5-7 days, depending on your location. 

6. What if there is something wrong with my order?
We want to make sure that you’re happy with your Woodpost, so if something happens to your order, please let us know here. We will either send you another Woodpost, or give you 100% refund.

7. How can I get the tracking number of my order?

You just need to reach out to us via [email protected], our team will respond to you within 24 hours. For order using FedEx shipping method, our customer service department will automatically contact you about shipping announcement with tracking number included.

8. How can I change my shipping address?

Our customer service is always willing to assist you in changing address, phone number, recipient or anything that you may need. All you have to do is to contact us via our email [email protected].

9. Why was my order canceled?

Your order will be canceled if the payment can not be captured by our system. Our team will inform you about the cancellation reason. Your account won't be charged in case of cancellation from our part. You can always reach out to us if you need assistance with placing a new order.

10. How long does it take for the refund to be deposited back into my bank account?

As different banks have different processing time, it normally takes around 2-3 weeks. Please check with your bank to know the exact time it takes for the refund to be deposited back into your account.

11. Can I change my shipping method from standard to express?

Sure, you can request a shipping upgrade within 48 hours of placing your order. Please write to us your request at [email protected].
